April 3, 2024Villa Palermo channelled all things Dolce Vita to mark the launch of the classic Palermo. The star-studded event featured dancing, entertainment, and an Italian style dinner. Inspired by the colours of the city of Palermo, the new colourways were the VIP’s of the night.
Playing into a more low profile look and drawing inspiration from PUMA’s rich football heritage, the Palermo combines versatility with comfort in a colourful yet classic way. The iconic silhouette was debuted in the early 80’s, where it quickly became a fan favorite amongst terrace crowds in British football stadiums. PUMA brought back the timeless shoe in late 2023 and has since spiced it up with new colourways and materials.
PUMA athletes and partners from Manchester City and AC Milan to representatives from Warehouse Gym, ISD Dubai Sports City, and Padel Pro were in attendance. Athlete Lubna El Jawharji, podcaster Noor Stars, content creator Afrae Es-satte, and Karate Olympic athlete Tarek Hamed were also among the guests at the vibrant celebration.
