It’s been just over a year since our Voices of RE:GENERATION joined us on our journey to be FOREVER.BETTER. And this is just the beginning.

In 2023 we launched  Voices of a RE:GENERATION initiative, inviting young changemakers to collaborate with us in shaping the future of FOREVER. BETTER. Since then, Luke Jaque-Rodney, Jade Roche, Aishwarya Sharma, and Andrew Burgess have visited PUMA HQ and explored some of our manufacturing partners in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Turkey. They’ve delved into impactful projects like RE:GEN REPORTS, RE:SUEDE and RE:FIBRE, generously sharing their insights and experiences with their followers, and offering valuable feedback to PUMA 

In addition, the Voices participated in C-Suite meetings where they met with Veronique Rochet, Senior Director Sustainability, Supply Chain, Stefan Seidel, Senior Director Corporate Sustainability, Simon Hessel, Senior Manager Corporate Strategy, Kerstin Neuber, Senior Director Corporate Communications, Anne-Laure Descours, Chief Sourcing Officer and Samantha Du Plessis, Communication Lead Sustainability. The Voices were able to put their questions, suggestions and criticisms and those of their followers to the group who listened carefully, taking their valuable feedback onboard to identify areas for improvement. 

In April 2024, they participated in the PUMA Stakeholder Dialogue, a gathering of key influential internal and external PUMA sustainability stakeholders. Joining various panels, they voiced their perspectives on PUMA’s sustainability performance and shared their expectations and opportunities for PUMA to engage in for a more sustainable future.   

During FOREVER. BETTER. Week at PUMA HQ, the voices hosted various activities with our PUMA’s, sharing the work they’ve been doing over the past year, and the learnings they’ve gained in the process. Check out the video’s here

And it has not only been a special year for them. It’s been rewarding for the PUMA team too: 

"Some of my most rewarding time during the last year was spent listening to their perspectives, reflections and ideas and incorporating their input into PUMA’s 2030 sustainability action plans. The Voices are co-creating with PUMA in a wide range of projects to help PUMA to communicate and engage in a way that resonates with their generation and addresses the things that matter to them and their future."

This is just the beginning.
