Social media has changed the way we communicate. While our online conversations can be beautiful and empowering on the one side, debates can also be toxic and abusive. PUMA, Thierry Henry and the non-profit organization Game of our Lives combined forces to strengthen the fight against hate speech – and you can take action, too!

Cyber mobbing and aggressive online commentaries can have serious consequences for those affected. To fight verbal abuse on the internet, PUMA and the non-profit organization Game of our Lives partnered up and declared major effort to fight online hate speech. The multi-year partnership runs under the theme “Highlight the Hate, Action the Love”, captained by legendary PUMA ambassador, Thierry Henry.

How does Game of our Lives work?

The purpose of an ambassador like Thierry Henry is to bring people together to inspire positive change. One of his missions is to tackle online hate and push decision makers to create a safer, more responsible, and more accountable system while supporting victims of online abuse.

As part of the platform, there will be teams, captains, scoreboards and impact rankings. In addition, there will also be rewards for increased impact from captains, such as badges, unique content and personal messages
