June 13, 2022PUMA’s biodegradability project RE:SUEDE is in full swing! 500 pairs were sent out to volunteers in Germany in April, who will wear it for half a year before sending it back so we can see whether it can biodegraded. With this project, PUMA has the ambition to set new sustainability standards. The testers, including PUMA ambassadors such as Cara Delevingne or Raphaël Varane, will now wear the RE:SUEDE as part of their daily routine to gather realistic feedback about the durability of the materials used.
