In celebration of the eagerly awaited return of Formula 1 to Las Vegas, global sports company PUMA has partnered with Scuderia Ferrari in collaboration with artist and designer Joshua Vides to unveil an exclusive new collection.

This distinctive association fuses artistic expression paired with the rich heritage of motorsport, paying tribute to the inaugural “golden era” of Formula 1 in America through the use of some iconic colors of the 1970s. We’ve styled a fast and fashionable look inspired by the creative new line.

The Shoes

Footwear enthusiasts are in for a treat, as the lineup boasts the PUMA Suede, TUFF, and RS-X sneakers, each capturing the vibrant energy and unique style associated with the high-speed world of Scuderia. Channeling the spirit of ’70s Ferrari Racing, Joshua Vides lends his hand-painted signature style to craft a retro racing aesthetic.

We went with the Scuderia Ferrari RS-Trck for this look, perfectly capturing the artist’s vision through intricate linework on its silhouette, enhanced by the unmistakable flair of the brand.

The Outfit

As a part of this partnership, PUMA presents a dynamic array of apparel, footwear, and accessories meticulously crafted for both the racetrack and urban settings. Many of the pieces showcase the iconic Ferrari red, historically paired with white accents on car liveries from the 1970s. Vides has artfully crafted a hand-drawn and hand-painted aesthetic across the products, infusing an artisanal feel into the entire collection.

At the base of today’s look come the race-day pants crafted from twill weave fabric, which not only offer practicality with multiple pockets for storage but also showcase unique design elements through color blocking and special stitching. Up next is the Las-Vegas themed tee from the line with the Scuderia Ferrari insignia alongside the marque’s bold colors. Overtop we threw on the mesh shirt which displays a motorsports-inspired graphic on the front, coupled with contrasting Scuderia Ferrari branding and Vides’ signature aesthetic throughout. Finally a vintage leather bomber jacket, which harkens back to the 1970s but is trending again this season, completes the vintage sports theme.

The Accessories

To accompany the fast track aesthetic we’ve curated some artistically inclined accessories that align with the latest collection. From tip to toe ─ a pair of hazel red tortoiseshell-effect acetate sunglasses feature a nice retro frame with gold-tone details, while bright red knitted socks peep out from above the RS-Tracks. A red and black leather Ferrari-logo shoulder bag hangs nonchalantly while the flat brim cap from the line shows off a detachable PUMA Formstrip on each side and stylish graphic elements under the visor. A long silk scarf adds a certain sleek racetrack style, while red leather gloves with Ferrari logo details also feel very on point. Finally, a vintage black leather watch with gold hardware and incredibly artistic visuals adds a final creative flair to the look.
