This recognition is a testament to our commitment to fostering an attractive environment that prioritizes the well-being of our employees and aligns with our global strategy of people first.
Reconciling work and family life is one of the most important social challenges in Europe. Every two years, the Federal Ministry for Women, Family, Integration, and Media in Austria conducts a family-friendly employer audit, honoring companies that have implemented outstanding measures to support work-life balance.
Our recent certification underscores our commitment to family-friendly policies, distinguishing us as an appealing workplace. PUMA Austria excelled in criteria such as flexibility, part-time options, parental support, family care, and education programs.
Our exceptional performance across all the criteria led to the certification as a family-friendly employer in the category “Private Commercial Enterprises with 101 or More Employees.”

The ceremonial awarding of the certificate took place on January 29, 2024, at Palais Berg in Vienna. The Federal Family Minister, Dr. Susanne Raab, presented PUMA with the prestigious certificate, which was accepted by Daniela Zweibrot, Teamhead of P&O at our PUMA EEMEA Salzburg HQ.
