PUMA x CARROTS

PUMA is teaming up with Los Angeles streetwear brand Carrots by Anwar Carrots for a summer scavenger hunt. This collaboration, steeped in streetwear culture, offers a variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories. The collection is characterized by a garden-themed colour scheme of vibrant oranges and greens and showcases retro graphics that pay homage to the Super PUMA mascot. Inspired by this playful and nostalgic new collection, we’ve styled an outfit to help you on your quest to discover this season’s fashion bests.

The Shoes

For footwear, PUMA and Carrots have refreshed the Suede XL and 180 silhouettes, making them ready for the season. The 180 model showcases a black Cordura colour scheme, featuring a unique PUMA badge on the tongue and an orange Carrots badge as a striking accent. 

On the other side, (and the winner for today’s look) the Suede XL is made anew, with the familiar Suede DNA striking through. Entirely coated in a vibrant orange texture, complemented by contrasting green laces and gold Carrots detailing, it shows off a padded tongue and collar, with a wider sole for extra comfort and grounding.

The Outfit

Anwar Carrots, the creative force behind the streetwear label Carrots, is known for blending playfulness with sophistication in his designs. Every piece in this collection showcases Anwar Carrots’ dedication to creativity and quality, delivering some new essentials for streetwear aficionados and trendsetters alike.

For today’s look, we’ve embraced the street-ready cut-and-sew vibe of the collection, picking pieces pretty much head-to-toe for the outfit. Inspired by the concept of a scavenger hunt, each garment in the collection has the iconic Carrot logo embroidered and hidden in a different spot, offering a fun and interactive wearing experience.

On the bottom, we went with the garden-ready cargo pants from the line – their relaxed fit and drawstring closure keep things securely in place. Above, we picked a fresh white crew neck from the series, proudly commemorating PUMA’s Super PUMA mascot from the 1970s in an iconic green and orange color combo. Overtop comes the statement cardigan featuring a graffiti-style allover pattern that’s giving ‘funky grandpa overseeing his garden’.

The Accessories 

Last but not least come some little accompaniments to show a unique side of your style. Embrace the spirit of progress with the PUMA x CARROTS Front Loader bag slung over your shoulder, completed by simple details like branded and coloured zip pullers. Then the Super PUMA makes a reappearance on a limited-edition cap. Finishing touches that tie things together include a black beaded necklace, simple and elegant, paired with a square-frame pair of sunglasses with a slight orange tint and an embossed zip-up wallet in a vibrant green.
