October 10, 2024Take a peek behind the curtains of our Warsaw office, a place where modernity meets greenery, and where our PUMA spirit thrives! Located in the heart of Warsaw, our office sits in the famous FOREST building, a prominent office campus which features lush indoor plants, a green rooftop, patios, terraces, balconies and loggias.
Our Warsaw office is divided into office space and showrooms. It houses various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance & Accounting, IT, Legal, Administration, Retail, PUMA GmbH Branch Poland and P&O. The kitchen is the heart of our office, a common meeting point where our PUMAs love to gather for conversations, shared meals, and, of course, to enjoy a tasty morning coffee together. The Warsaw office has a beautiful green rooftop terrace lush greenery around the building, perfect for a breath of fresh air during breaks.
The best part about the Warsaw office? The PUMA spirit – the friendly, informal atmosphere where our PUMAFam can thrive. The Warsaw office is a tight-knit team, where everyone knows each other well, and has a strong sense of camaraderie and support. Our PUMAs are of course passionate about sports, with marathon runners, avid cyclists, or yoga enthusiasts amongst them. The office even has a football team that participates in the business league. Sports activities are always a hot topic of conversation and a source of excitement among our Warsaw PUMAs.
Our Warsaw team is also deeply committed to volunteer activities. Every year, the office organises events for children from a local orphanage, engages in activities to help the elderly and those in need, and support animal shelters. Wellbeing initiatives are a big part of the culture as well, with workshops and meetings on topics like mental health, stress management, healthy eating, and yoga. This year, the team installed a Relaxation Zone for International Wellbeing Day, where employees could unwind and recharge.

Let’s hear it, Warsaw! We spoke with Monika Artyszuk, People & Organization Partner, and asked what makes the Warsaw office such a special PUMA location, how she would describe the office in three words, and what her best memories are. Here’s what she had to say:

What are your best memories from the office?
Many interesting things are happening in our office. One of the last ones was very relaxing. To celebrate International Wellbeing Day, we organized a Relaxation Zone for our employees – a place where they could stop for a moment: listen to the sounds of nature, drink green or ginger tea, have a snack, smell the aroma of aromatic oils, sit under a blanket in a comfortable armchair. Each employee could book a zone for themselves for 15 minutes or for their team. We received very positive feedback from the employees. They thanked us for this moment of rest during the day.

What makes the Warsaw Office so special?
What makes this place special is the People. You want to come here and create something valuable together. The constant drive to improve makes work interesting and often challenging. A big advantage of the office is the comfortable working conditions and great location – it is close to the city center and you can do your shopping in the nearby shopping center.
