January 16, 2025PUMA has been recognized as a Top Employer for the sixth year in a row! But this year, we’ve hit a new milestone: ALL our offices in all 50 countries we operate in worldwide have been certified, making us one of only three companies to receive the new Top Employer Large Enterprise label.
Last year, we celebrated the certification of 24 countries. This year, we’ve doubled that number to 50 countries, proving our commitment to creating a great workplace for everyone.

“PUMA has reached a remarkable milestone in their journey as a Top Employer. Starting in 2020 with certifications in five European countries, they expanded to Global Certification in 2023 across 24 countries. This progression from Global Certification, which is based on the number of certified countries, to Enterprise Certification, which covers the entire organisation, underscores PUMA’s commitment to driving HR excellence at every level.”

A key aspect was differentiating between globally standardized practices and locally tailored measures. The greatest challenge was collecting and compiling this information from all entities within the given timeframe while familiarizing Top Employer with PUMA’s unique culture. However, thanks to the invaluable support of our global colleagues, we successfully achieved this objective as a united team.”
