The journey to this milestone has been a testament to PUMA Spain’s dedication to creating a gender-neutral remuneration policy. The independent certification by FPI confirms that PUMA Spain has successfully closed the adjusted pay gap between men and women, joining PUMA Germany, Sweden, and the United Arab Emirates that have also been recognized for their fair pay practices.
