Cobra PUMA Golf introduces first ever commercially available 3D printed irons

A fresh twist has been introduced to COBRA PUMA Golf. A touch of high-performance equipment from COBRA Golf mixed with a sprinkle of inspiration from PUMA Golf sport lifestyle, presents to you the first ever 3D printed golf irons, the LIMIT3D™ irons.

COBRA Golf is taking over the golf market with its 3D printing technology, unveiling the LIMIT3D™ irons, the world’s first commercially available 3D printed steel irons. The LIMIT3D™ irons are a testament to COBRA’s commitment to using new technology to create superior products and performance. The irons look and feel like a forged blade but perform like a larger, game-improvement iron.

In collaboration with nTop®, a leader in computational design software, this groundbreaking product is a creation of a compact player’s blade profile that offers the same level of forgiveness as an oversized, game-improvement club but with the feel of a forged iron. This unique design was made possible by leveraging nTop®’s computational design tools integrated with 3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing.

High forgiveness

Low centre of gravity location

COBRA’s mission was to design an iron that had the shape and feel of a compact blade desired by better players, with the forgiveness that the aspirational player needs. This design, only possible using 3D printing, results in a compact blade shape with a low centre of gravity location, high forgiveness, and distance comparable to that of a player’s distance or game improvement model like COBRA’s KING TEC or TEC-X irons.

COBRA PUMA GOLF continues to push the boundaries in the industry with its expansive high-performance equipment and lifestyle inspired pieces. Their innovative designs and superior quality make COBRA PUMA GOLF a force to reckon with. With the achievement of being the first to ever produce a 3D printed golf iron, we are excited to see what else COBRA has in store for us in the future.
