What you can expect
Our conference will create an environment for our industry peers, activists, NGOs, experts, ambassadors and consumers to come together and discuss solutions for some of the fashion industry’s most pressing sustainability challenges. All whilst amplifying the of voices of young people across the world.
Live from London and streamed to the world, Conference of the People will place the voices of Gen Z front and centre so that those most impacted by today’s climate decisions can influence those making them.
“We will focus on Gen Z during this event, as we want to give this generation a voice when it comes to the decisions that have to be made today to shape a more sustainable future. At the United Nations they call it Conference of the Parties, we call it Conference of the People.”
Bjørn Gulden, CEO of PUMA
The agenda
In the coming weeks we will let you know more about the panel agenda that will feature some of the most prominent voices in sustainable fashion along with some famous faces that everyone will recognise. Topics for discussion include tackling waste, using more sustainable materials, impacting climate change and finding ways for the industry to collaborate to achieve results sooner.
“Together with PUMA, I have worked on sustainability topics for several years and together we have launched more sustainable collections such as Exhale. It is important to continue the debate about this topic so we can find solutions to environmental issues such as climate change, waste management and biodiversity.”
Cara Delevingne
