Where FOREVER meets FASTER

What’s one advice you want to give to your younger self and kids who want to grow up to be a “Propah Lady” like you?
Always be yourself– be original, authentic and honest. It’s the only thing that matters.
We have always seen you smashing stereotypes and being un-apologetically you. Are there any tips from your self- love guide you want to share with us?
Truthfully, even smashing stereotypes isn’t an attempt. It’s just a genuine endeavour to be who I am most honestly. Removing the need for external validation and instead empowering ourselves more and judging ourselves less is the only way.
As a “Propah Lady”, what has been your breakthrough moment?
The moment I realised that no one has a formula for perfection or a check list for appropriate behaviour. Therefore adhering to external pressures and confinements is a true betrayal of our own agency and identity. The only way to be- is to be you.
What is your fitness goal?
My fitness goal is work-specific sometimes (for a certain job, film or song, I need to look a certain way). But my fitness endeavour started before the realization that I wanted to become an actor. My fitness goal is to wake up every morning and get in at least an hour of some form of exercise so I am a stronger and happier version of myself. I think the hormones that one has going after a good workout and just the feeling of satisfaction and conviction in yourself after a good workout is irreplaceable. That feel-good-serotonin that just rushes through your body is my goal.

Who are your dream workout buddies?
My dream buddies would be my PUMA buddies that are Adriana Lima and Selena Gomez.
Top nutrition rules you swear by?
Don’t have fruits after 6:30 pm, try not to eat after 8:30 pm and don’t have water immediately after you eat. Give it about 20 minutes before you have water.
What’s your go- to workout look?
A black crop top with black track pants and a pair of sneakers in a bright colour- that’s definitely my favourite athleisure look. Monochrome mixed with a bit of colour, or the other way round, is how I like it.
One piece of advice you’d like to give fitness newbies?
Don’t get disappointed if you don’t see immediate results, anything worth takes time. Look good, feel good, work harder—I work out better when I look better so dress for yourself in the gym. Set a weekly target for yourself with a reward system, so you can keep going. Working out is just half the battle, eating right is as important. Change up your routine; body mind and souls enjoy variation in workout!
