PUMA and Liberaiders step off the beaten path with their latest collaboration—a collection infused with outdoor spirit and a restless sense of wanderlust. Inspired by the launch, we’ve styled two looks to spark ideas for your next escape.

The Shoes

Following last year’s reimagination of the classic Suede, PUMA and Liberaiders are back. Their latest collaboration, Destination Unknown, is designed for those who don’t shy away from the unknown and rather choose to lean into it, following the path less travelled. Leading the release are two fresh iterations of the PUMA GV Special, each featuring rugged Cordura uppers and protective mudguards built for the unpredictability of the trail ahead. The footwear, in a choice of dark and light tones, blend outdoor and military influences with contemporary design resulting in a shoe that is subtly stylish and perfectly practical.

The Outfit(s)

Naturally, practical and stylish were our two keywords when curating today’s outfits of the day. Made to be as comfortable in an urban environment as in a wild one, they each combine elements of the collection to create a fully-fledged ensemble. The first look centers around the stealthy Balaclava Hoodie, designed with contrasting panels on the arms and shoulders for a modern, utilitarian edge. With ample storage and built-in coverage, this piece nails the balaclava trend while staying adventure-ready. Underneath, a simple black logo tee keeps the vibe laid-back, while the Light Pants—crafted with a military-inspired silhouette, spacious cargo pockets, and understated branding—complete the outfit with a balance of function and style. We finish things off with the reversible gilet, in desert sage or sandy beige, for a subtle camo effect, a touch of warmth, and an extra layer of cool.

The second look is perfect for those who love the outdoors but don’t really want to compromise on style. It starts with the effortlessly cool Graphic Tee, featuring black-and-white nature prints and understated branding for a touch of robust charm. Layered on top is the Light Jacket in a soft, earthy tone—a continuation of the collection’s military-inspired aesthetic, complete with functional cargo pockets and subtle design details. Underneath, a moisture-wicking sports bra in a matching shade adds a hidden sense of coordination, while sleek, high-waisted black leggings provide more freedom to explore with ease.

The Accessories

Continuing in the same vein, accessories for both styles are kept minimal yet impactful. Look number one refines it down to a sporty waterproof watch in earthy tones, and a buckled mini belt bag in black leather to hitch to your hip and keep your must-haves nearby. Topping it off is the tactical Bucket Hat from the collection, just in case you want to diversify your head coverage options.

Look number two incorporates practical high-top sports socks, with a multi-purpose pleated scarf (to be worn around the head to protect your hair, draped around your neck if it gets chilly, or over your face like a bandana to protect from the sun), along with gold round-frame sunglasses for a hint of diva.
