VOGUE!

The world of fashion and fitness can (and should) coexist ─ especially if the latest collaboration between PUMA and VOGUE has anything to say about it. Brimming with apparel, accessories and shoes that meet at the intersection of fashion and sport, the one-of-a-kind collection is serving the best of both worlds. We styled a chic and comfy OOTD combining iconic elements from the line with trending seasonal garments.

The Shoes

Since 1982 Vogue has epitomized fashion in many ways and shaped global trends. The current pairing with PUMA feels perfectly on point. For footwear in this collaboration we’re treated to the likes of PUMA Leadcat and PUMA Fierce, incorporating recycled material and bold co-branding. We styled today’s look with the slides, perfect for that transitional moment between seasons (and totally comfy too).

The Outfit

Designated with a dynamic colour spectrum of black, white, and fiery red, apparel items feel chic and lowkey at the same time. Sporty-streetwear silhouettes abound including the Relaxed Graphic Tee, Hoodie, Leggings and Long Sleeve Tight Top.

Layering from inside out: we start with the Sports Bra in a stylish black with bright flares of colour. Tight fit and cropped, it can work as an underlayer or a top for the more daring. Below comes a buttery pair of leather shorts that sit high on the waist, hug the hips and then flare out for a fashion-forward outline. Plus the longer length provides slight protection for the season shift as things slowly get a little more chilly.

Up top comes a classically comfortable piece of knitwear, with added elegance in the form of a black cashmere turtleneck neckline (a turtle neckline?) with chunky ribbed trims and a relaxed fit. Wrap up with the collection’s Woven Jacket ─ made with durable yet breathable windCELL tech it’s perfect for slipping off the sweater and still maintaining body temp during exercise. Plus the brilliant and iconic colouring and VOGUE’s iconic serif wordmark paired with PUMA’s cat emblem make it a stand out piece.

The Accessories

Style this outfit with minimal and powerful accessories to keep up the theme; a fiery rope necklace with elements of gold and a diamond heart pendant is both playful and complementary to the shades in the look. A subtle and sleek black leather belt cinches at the waist and matches the texture of the shorts, while a gold buckle shines like jewelry. A wavy cuff winks from the wrist and brings in some more flow and playfulness to the look.
