PUMA ACHIEVES GENDER-NEUTRAL PAY CERTIFICATION IN SWEDEN AND THE MIDDLE EAST
January 11, 2024PUMA ACHIEVES GENDER-NEUTRAL PAY CERTIFICATION IN SWEDEN AND THE MIDDLE EAST
January 11, 2024We have successfully closed the adjusted pay gap between men and women in Sweden and the Middle East. This has been confirmed by the independent certification from FPI Fair Pay Innovation Lab!
In Sweden, we have been named a “Universal Fair Pay Developer,” showcasing an adjusted gender pay gap of between +1 and -1%. The adjusted pay gap considers pay differences based on managerial responsibility, age, job role, employment status, and evaluation.
Additionally, in the Middle East, where our headquarters are in Dubai, we have received the “Universal Fair Pay Leader” certificate. This certification not only indicates an adjusted gender pay gap of between +1 and -1% but also highlights an unadjusted pay gap limited to between +10 and -10%.
Last year we have been named a “Universal Fair Pay Developer” in Germany, as only the second company in the country to receive such recognition.
“We are very proud that our efforts to create a gender-neutral remuneration policy were once again recognized by FPI Fair Pay Innovation Lab. We will not stop here, however, and continue to improve our payment structures to offer equal pay everywhere.”
Our commitment to equality in compensation involves assessing pay for each position in a gender-neutral manner, focusing solely on job characteristics rather than individual employee traits. This approach enables a standardized and transparent process for wage increases.
