Nestled in the outskirts, in the charming town of Assago, our PUMA office is just a stone’s throw away from the bustling heart of Milan, making it the perfect blend of serene surroundings yet close enough to head to town for a nice after work aperitivo 🍹.
The Milano Assago office is a buzzing hub, housing several key business units for the Italian market, including People & Organization, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, General Services, and Operations. Additionally, our Torino office hosts the Marketing Motorsport BU, and one of our most important stores is situated at the Scalo Milano Outlet & More mall, just 12 km from our Italian HQ in Assago.
At PUMA Milano, our PUMAFam believes in celebrating every moment. From birthdays to project launches, the office is always buzzing with excitement. Savoring the Italian Dolce Vita, our PUMAs love to indulge in delicious cakes and sweets to celebrate special occasions. Also new little PUMAs are welcomed to the PUMAFam as every newborn PUMA Bambino receives a “Baby kit” equipped with PUMA apparel, shoes, and a cuddly teddy bear. During the summer, of course the Milano office cools off with artisanal gelato in the garden and they host a fabulous Summer Party every year.
“We have some footballs always available in our garden so it is quite common to see from time to time people there kicking and playing with the balls while having a call on the phone.. .A good stress relief! 😅🤣”

One of the funniest experiences I remember is the creation of this ‘PUMA Around the World’ video. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to share our story and showcase who we are, not just through our office spaces, but also by highlighting the iconic locations of our city. It was a memorable day that brought our team together in a fun and creative way.

I think that the best moments experienced in our headquarter are the occasions in which we have celebrated some successes together and all the occasions in which I have been able to get to know my colleagues better outside the role they hold in the company and thanks to the events and parties that we have the opportunity to organize (both experience them and organize them in person)

“An indelible memory, the day when, a few years ago, Giorgio Chiellini came to visit us, a wonderful person with whom I was able to make a tour of our offices with him and get to know him better. There are many stories, from the construction phase of the building, during the visits with the management to the completion of the works and the inauguration, that day was super and exciting!!! Or, our little frog mascot who occasionally visit us in our garden since the first day we moved, or again, the summer parties organized in our garden or, the “special” lunch breaks in our canteen organized among us with a different culinary theme each time and last but not least, the day we planted a mimosa tree in our garden, donated by a colleague. Since that day, we have been taking care of it.
Our PUMA Milano office is not only a workplace, it’s a lively community that perfectly balances tradition and modernity, much like the city itself. From the historic Duomo di Milano to the trendy Navigli district, there’s always something to explore. At our Milano office we feel the PUMA amore and see a blend of history and innovation, and meet a team that’s always ready to push the envelope and create something extraordinary.
