February 20, 2025San Francisco was the place to be last weekend as the 74th NBA All-Star Weekend took over the city – and PUMA Hoops made sure to leave its mark in the most radical way possible! Teaming up with the legendary Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, PUMA hit the streets with an electrifying lineup of activations, exclusive sneaker drops and a record breaking slam dunk.
The PUMA Pop-Up
PUMA took over one of San Francisco’s most iconic streets, Powell Street, with a pop-up experience like no other. The PUMA Pizzeria served up fresh slices before consumers stepped onto Krang’s Court, an interactive basketball showdown against the Turtles’ iconic foe. Lucky winners walked away with limited-edition swag, making this a weekend to remember.
The highlight? The PUMA x TMNT collection, featuring LaMelo Ball’s signature kicks redesigned with bold graphics inspired by the Turtles and their iconic foes. Fans got an exclusive first look at the four-piece collection, each linked to a different character – Baxter Stockman, Leo & Michelangelo, Donatello & Raphael, and the sinister Krang.
PUMA Ambassadors Chris Brickley, Jackie Young, and Jalen Rose joined the fun!
Mac McClung Winning the Dunk Contest with PUMAs All-Pro NITRO
The weekend’s biggest slam dunk? PUMA athlete Mac McClung made history, winning the Dunk Contest for the third year in a row – this time rocking the All-Pro NITRO. Engineered with NITRO™ foam for next-level cushioning, a TPU Formstrip for elite support, and a grippy rubber outsole for ultimate traction, this shoe helped Mac defy gravity once again. With its breathable engineered mesh upper, it’s built for ballers looking to elevate their game just like the champ himself.
