November 20, 2020PUMA scores high marks in 2021 European diversity & inclusion ranking
November 20, 2020Financial Times just released the ranking for Diversity Leaders 2021 and we have some great news to tell. For the second time (in a row), PUMA is included in the list and ranks #104 out of 850.
PUMA was once again the best-performing sports company in the ranking. A great success! In total, over 300,000 evaluations formed the basis to identify the Diversity Leaders. The 850 companies receiving the highest total scores made it to the ranking and were awarded. Employers were assessed on diversity of gender, age, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation (LGBTQ+) in their workforces. Questions also contained an evaluation of the employees´ perception of the companies’ inclusiveness or efforts to promote various aspects of diversity.
The award shows us that we are on a good track towards a more diverse workforce and we will continue on this path. Diversity is a key component in our working culture and is expressed in our employer value BE YOU.
At PUMA, equality and non-discrimination are a key part of our corporate culture. We will keep on working on improving a respectful and inviting atmosphere, so everyone can simply be themselves.
