Who is
your role model?
And why?

My role model is Sailing Boat Skipper Dean Barker, because a sailing boat is a small world where everything has to work well and in a proactive atmosphere with your crew. A good skipper has to manage technical aspects as well as human ones, which is a perfect model to translate into our job.

Actually, I don’t have a clear role model. But I admire mindful people who are able to step back and be positive, even in tricky situations. Like yogis, for example! I have started doing some yoga at work once a week at noon. Pretty cool!

My role model is not one person, but the people who make an effort to protect our environment. For example, reducing the usage of plastic items, properly doing garbage sorting and saving energy in their daily lives. It sounds easy to do it, but it is not.

Having had many different interests in my life, I grew up with a multitude of role models, each of them inspiring me in a unique way. But at the latest 360 meeting, I met somebody that will inspire me in the years to come…After seeing what he did, I’ll never even consider giving up on anything I want in life. And that person is Alex Zanardi!

My role model is Jochen Schweizer. I look up to him because he made his hobby his profession. He talks about his daily business with such an enthusiasm. For me, he is really inspiring because if you really want to do or achieve something, there is always a way to do it and you can do it.

My role model is Pope Francisco. He´s really an example for all of us of charity and love, being near the persons in a state of need and fighting against the old bad political and economic habits that put money above people.
